The brief

Security-awareness training needs to work for two very different audiences. Learners need a simple place to see what is assigned, make progress and complete it. Administrators need to provision users, organise content, make assignments and understand completion status.

The platform also needed organisation boundaries, role-aware controls and an onboarding model that could support different organisations without mixing their people or learning data.

The product

One clearer way to work.

We designed a platform with separate learner and administration journeys. Learners have a focused learning dashboard, while administrators can manage organisations, users, programmes, content availability and assignments from a dedicated workspace.

Programmes can be assigned with due dates and reminders, and the product records learning progress and completion. Reporting and security-profile workflows give administrators a clearer view of the learning activity in their organisation.
