The brief

A made-to-order furniture workflow spans several connected stages: leads, site visits, quotes, production, installation and payment. Keeping those details in disconnected tools makes it difficult for a team to see what should happen next.

The product needed to support office and workshop work without treating every person as the same user. Managers need a commercial and operational view, while installers need clear jobs, client access notes and on-site actions.

The product

One clearer way to work.

We designed a connected CRM around the order lifecycle rather than a collection of generic admin screens. A lead can become a client and quote; an accepted quote can become an order; the order then carries the production, installation and payment context forward.

The dashboard gives the team a current operating view: pipeline value, active orders, receivables, upcoming installations, stock alerts and follow-ups. Detailed modules then give each workflow a focused place to be managed.

What we built

Built around the real workflow.

  • 01Lead pipeline, clients, quotes and orders
  • 02Production stages, material use and stock awareness
  • 03Installation calendar, crew assignment and client sign-off
  • 04Deposit and final-balance invoices with payment status
  • 05Suppliers, purchase orders, expenses and margin reporting
  • 06Role-based access for administrators, managers and installers

Technology

A practical product foundation.

  • Next.js with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
  • Postgres on Neon with Drizzle ORM
  • Server-enforced roles, actions and exports
  • Private files and photos attached to operational records
